**Could you be the next Inventory Administrator?**
Your role will be to coordinate all necessary day to day administrative requirements to successfully achieve accuracy of inventory records, to facilitate correct movement of inventory as well as efficient reporting of inventory to assist all departments in ensuring smooth delivery of client orders as well as visibility of inventory records.

**Your role**:

- Identification and Root-Cause analysis of Data Integrity issues and implementation of training/process resolutions
- Coordination of inventory adjustments including write-off for damaged items & items used for marketing purposes
- Review Negative Inventory Report on a weekly basis and process transactions to ensure SOH accuracy.
- Stocktake - Planning/Coordination of Stocktake including Communication & Sign-off by Internal and External Stakeholders
- Stocktake - Execution including variance reconciliation (inc other sites) and variance sign-off and acceptance
- Cycle Count. Scheduled Location Cycle Counts across all Warehouse Sites and resolution of variances
- Cycle Count - Targeted Location/Product Counts i.e. empty bins, fast moving products etc

**Your skills and experience for success**
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Inventory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of the team
