It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Responsibilities**: **Product Portfolio Management**: - Manage consumer enquires and complaints for the Human Expression category - Support the internal team members with product requests - Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the stage gate process to ensure all project requirements and timelines are met - Support the execution and delivery of an annual marketing roadmap - Champion internal product training and strive to be a technical product expert by collaborating with global counterparts - Manage and keep up to date a product portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs - Monitor market and competitor activities - Administrative tasks including creating new codes, updating product catalogues and samples **Brand Activation**: - Work closely with the Shopper Activation Manager to design in-store point of sale displays - Coordinate and collaborate with external advertising agencies, design agencies on briefing in artwork, working within budget and timeframe constraints - Closely work with our brand ambassadors, sponsorship partners and charities in the execution of various brand awareness campaigns - Work closely with a cross-functional team to execute trade show events **Financial Management and Reporting**: - Supporting the Brand Manager in monthly reporting - Processing of invoices **Other**: Various other duties as requested. **Qualifications**: - Holds a relevant business tertiary qualification, i.e. Undergraduate Marketing degree; - Strong communication and presentation skills; - Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; - Initiative and entrepreneurial outside-the-box thinking; - Ability to manage time & prioritize tasks with multiple stakeholders in the Company; - Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Suite, and Canva. - Ability to strengthen existing stakeholder relationships within the Company and external.
