What does the job look like?
- Manage and coordinate daily driver requirements, load allocations and shift activities.
- Maintain clear communication with our Customers, Company drivers and Subcontractors.
- Prepare shift starts daily for local and regional runs, liaising with our Warehouse Staff
- Ensure compliance completed for shift inspections and across all operational devices daily
- Provide support and feedback to drivers for improvement and process consistency.
- Implement corrective actions as required in line with Bevchain guidelines
- Good knowledge of COR, Road Transport Legislation.

Are you the one?
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to adapt to software and technology - Blue Wonder experience desirable yet not essential.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills.
- Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels.
- Previous experience in a similar environment preferred yet not essential
