**About the Role**
We are seeking an administrator to join and support our established revenue team. The role will provide data entry/general administration support to our Revenue and Distribution team.
Responsibilities of role include
- Loading and maintaining rates in the property management system & across all distribution channels
- System responsibilities - problem solving for distribution related topics in PMS, Channel Manager, etc
- Managing content on Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
- Support in communication to all departments for distribution related topics
- Assist in system implementation of new properties
- Assist in managing Distribution related projects
- Attend team or departmental meetings pertinent to work assignments and address challenges and opportunities accordingly.
- Participate in training and development activities within the team and on a personal basis
- Work on action plans to address opportunities within your respective team. Using good judgment, stabilize your workload and prioritize work with the greatest impact.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal team members, key corporate personnel and partners.
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role you will come from an analytical/data entry background.
