We are currently seeking a National Key Account Manager to develop growth sales volume and profit for all Target Markets while achieving recognition for the organisation as the preferred supplier within our Target Markets. Company Car and all tools of the trade supplied.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Develop and implement, strategic programmes for the marketing of selected products.
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Sika Australia
- Increase products market share in key market segments.
- Establish and maintain positive business relation with key customers.
- Contribute to a harmonious team dedicated to the satisfaction of the demands of our customers.
- Development of promotions and activities for selected products.
- Increase sales volumes and gross profit levels for selected products.
- Full ownership of all customer involved projects.
- Growth of penetration into sites not currently supplied.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and technical competency for selected products.
- Provide technical support and training on all products and associated equipment to the Sika sales team and key customers.
- Prepare sales and marketing forecasts, outlooks and objectives for products.
- Develop and maintain pricing and for selected products so they meet the organisation’s objectives.
- Monitor market opportunities; identify new projects, customers and growth areas for selected markets.
- Liaise with other marketing and sales staff, industry associations, government bodies and others to ensure new business opportunities are identified and followed through.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and monthly reporting on sales outlooks for all selected products.

**We Need Your Skills**
- Proven experience working with strategic personnel within Key Accounts.
- A Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in technical sales and products.
- A Strong commercial acumen and technical aptitude.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional interpersonal relationships.
