**The Role**:
The Head of Production sets the strategic direction to ensure continuous improvement of the production process in line with the critical path. This role is responsible for implementing and achieving ethical standards and effective cross-departmental teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**:

- Work cross functionally with leadership team including Head of Design, COO, and Company Director.
- Lead the production team to achieve agreed timeframes and margins for every delivery across all markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with supplier networks.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve any potential issues with delays or quality.
- Manage cost negotiations with suppliers to maximise profits.

**Quality Management**:

- Lead all quality control processes through to final stage delivery.
- Manage cross-departmental quality control plans to ensure company quality standards are upheld throughout the business.
- Manage supplier compliance and ethical sourcing processes.

**Logistics and 3PL Warehouse Management**:

- Track all logistics activities necessary for efficient and on-time distribution of local and international shipments.
- Manage all the third party service providers, keeping freight costs and time schedules in accordance with the budget and critical path.
- Create the seasonal shipping plan and guide the production team to effectively meet economical and timely shipments.
- Work with the Warehouse team to ensure all activities support operations including effective stock movement and inventory management.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- 10+ years’ Production experience within a Premium Brand environment.
- A strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Quality, and Supplier negotiations.
- High sense of urgency with strong time management.
- Ability to problem solve and contribute to decision-making.
- Highly accurate, detail oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude and collaborative team spirit.
