**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 5 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions

**The role**

We are looking for a **Head of Product** to lead our Product function as we experience explosive growth and scale. Success in this role looks like:

- **Developing a product vision and strategy** that will make Eucalyptus a disruptor of healthcare, through digital experiences that produce better patient outcomes than our current system
- **Setting the standard for a world-class product culture** - provide leadership and craft mentorship for a team of product managers, ensure outputs are concise and high-impact, build processes for problem solving and prioritisation
- **Cross-functional collaboration** with other leaders to agree on priorities big and small, and to jointly own the performance of the business. Provide direction to product managers who are expected to work across the organisation in cross-functional teams.

**About you**:

- **A Product Leader.** You've spent 6+ years building Products in high growth companies. You are outcome-focused, and know that the key to creating high quality product comes from a good strategy, ruthless prioritisation and interrogation of value. You deeply understand the product craft and know how to nurture this in your teams.
- **A People Leader.** You've spent 3+ years managing and mentoring people of all levels. You are passionate about helping people grow, you understand their motivations and how to create the conditions for them to succeed. You are committed to building a strong team and team culture, backed by systems and processes that help people do their best work.
- **A Commercial Lens.** You think big picture and can hone in on what's important by separating things that will move the needle from the noise. You understand the economics of a successful business, and will use data to be a strong voice in executive decision-making.
- **An excellent collaborator and communicator, empowered teams.** You know it's easier to tell people what to do, but more impactful for the business as we scale to foster deep understanding of our product vision and strategy. You know that a company's strategy cannot be executed without a strong team behind it. You love building systems, processes where it makes sense and culture that helps people do their best work (and hence, make the company succeed).
- **Excellent collaborator.** You can navigate a complex cross-functional environment in your day-to-day work can bring people from different backgrounds on the same journey. You can articulate complex ideas in a simple way. You strike a balance between taking on recommendations and being able to push back when necessary.
- **A bias for action.** You take calculated risks and are not afraid to experiment. You quickly turn discussions into action. You are able to rally those around you and in other parts of the business towards a shared-goal.

- Scaleup experience. You've been part of companies that grew from 100 1000 headcount
- Experience in a non-SaaS tech company
