Joining us as a
**Business Manager **you will:

- Provide a game-changing customer experience
- Strive to achieve excellent results by creating opportunities for our customers
- Prepare customers for work through job search support, training, work experience and other vocational activities
- Have a proven history within the leadership of team members.
- Have led teams within either jobactive or DES contracts (desired).
- Engage with the community as an advocate for WISE
- Generate new and repeat business through the creation and maintenance of positive customer relationships
- Work closely with customers and employers to find and place people in a role that suits them
