Pest Control Technician Trainee

What We Are Offering:

• Monday - Friday
• Fully maintained company vehicle with tools & equipment + mobile phone/IT equipment
• Opportunities to grow and develop your own business
• Vehicle + Fuel card 365days
• Unlicensed $55k + super for 4 weeks, $60k + super week 5-11
• Week 12 - $65k + super + vehicle after initial training
• Once fully licensed $70k - $75k + super + vehcile (with in 6-12 month)

Successful applicant will need to have:

• Great communication skills, professional with great customer relations & time management
• The ability to work unsupervised but also enjoy working as part of a team
• A valid pest control license and experience (preferred but not necessary)
• Current Manual Drivers License
• Full Police Check & Blue Card are required from successful applicant
• Available to travel & complete training in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast (training is approx 12 weeks)

We will complete a 3 stage interview process via questions & a teams meeting, with the final interview in person.

Income will increase as you become trained & complete modules for licence. This role is to become a partner into the business, (MTO - manage to own) please only apply on the basis you fully understand this.

All training will be completed in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast
