**What is the role?**
The successful person will work closely with the HR Director International, HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to support the organization to deliver quality, person-centered, focused outcomes across Australia and New Zealand. This role will be an integral part of the team to assist with multiple HR functions including remuneration, recruitment, employee engagement, reporting and on boarding. This person can work independently, under general supervision and recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
**What will you be doing?**
Specific tasks pertinent to this role can be broken down into:
- Provide support to the HR Team including HR Executive, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team.
- Confidently compile data driven reports on general HR activity e.g., headcount, attrition.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- Support the coordination and management of employee working groups and special projects, i.e. diversity and inclusion action groups, employee engagement.
- Coordinate monthly newsletter preparation and other communications as required.
- Manage the World Health & Safety register and associated processes across ANZ.
- System updates - HRIS & Learning Management System
- Coordinate learning and development sessions on our LMS and manage the associated logistics.
- Training and Talent Programs coordination and logistics (e.g. Building Emerging Talent program)
- Assist with arranging employee benefits (e.g. flu vaccinations) and other HR initiatives/events as required.
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the complete onboarding process, from generating offer agreements to facilitating the onboarding experience.
- Liaising with external vendor partners for background checks
- Organize and conduct new hire induction programs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for specific positions.
**Are you the right fit?**
To be successful in this role the key competencies required include:
- Previous experience in a HR administrator role (preferred), coupled with Tertiary qualifications in HR.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of prioritization and time management
- Highly organized and adaptable
- Initiative and curiosity to learn and ask why.
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach
- Strong MS Office skills; In particular PowerPoint and Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
- Enthusiasm and resilience to juggle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree, human resources or related field. Previous experience in human resources preferred.
