**Your role**:
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Network Area Manager to lead our Trade Store network across key locations in the ACT. This exciting opportunity is about more than managing day-to-day operations—it's about inspiring and coaching high-performing teams, using insights to drive strategic sales growth, and building a strong, customer-first culture.
You'll be leading a group of stores with a strong focus on customer service excellence, safety, compliance, and commercial success. With support from cross-functional teams like safety, supply chain, and sales, you’ll have the tools and team to help you deliver results. If you thrive in a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on involvement, this is your next step.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, develop, and coach store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive market share and profitable sales growth using insights and reporting tools.
- Champion a safety-first culture by communicating expectations and managing safety outcomes across the region.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, policies, and inventory requirements.
- Foster a values-led culture that recognizes great performance, supports development, and builds capability.
- Act as the point of contact and account management responsibilities for Inspirations Stores.

- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to use customer insights and data to drive sales and performance.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across functions such as safety, logistics, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.
