**About the Company**

Our client is a highly reputable, ASX listed commodities trading company.

**About the Role**

The Functional Support Analyst will work closely with business teams to identify, analyse and document business requirements in relation to system changes and enhancements. They will analyse and resolve L1&2 incidents and service requests, conduct configuration set up, as well as testing of fixes, and producing Business Requirements and functional specifications that document the desired outcome of system enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 + years' experience in business or system analysis
- Proven experience handling incident reports, change requests, configuration set up and testing from a functional perspective
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business or IT discipline
- Experience/exposure to commodities trading platforms or relatable finance systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of supply chain/international logistics/agribusiness would be beneficial but not essential
- Process Mapping experience using Visio or similar is desirable
- Experience with incident, problem & test management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRails is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Terms**
- 6 month initial contract with the view to convert to perm
- Sydney CBD based office
- Working arrangements - 1 week in office & 1 week from home (from Thursday to Wednesday)
- Perm position paying up to $110K + super + 5% discretionary bonus
- Must have full unrestricted working rights
- Must be able to start within 2-4 weeks max
