This is a dream opportunity for an experienced sales support person to join a premium agency in the heart of the north shore that continues to smash records and sets the industry standard for best practice. Our client is a multi-award-winning business that has produced some of the country's most successful and respected sales professionals since their inception.

A rare and rewarding opportunity has now become available for a first-class Sales Assistant to support a high-performing Senior Sales Agents. This role will predominantly be in an administration capacity, but with the added bonus of being able to get out and about and attend open homes and appointments, as well as liaising with buyers.

**The Position**

In the role of Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the agent's diary and book appointments
- Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Advertise listings online and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Organise and attend property photoshoots and liaise with external suppliers
- Assist with open homes and take buyer enquiries (including half days on Saturdays with time in lieu)
- Prepare proposals and presentations for appointments
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training

**The Person**
- Previous real estate experience in an administration/sales support role is ideal
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Natural ability to build and develop relationships
- Ability to prioritise work and work collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ideally a Sutherland Shire local who loves the area
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
