**The Role: Administrative Assistant (Mandarin & English Speaking)**

We’re currently seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant** fluent in **both English and Mandarin** to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This full-time position involves daily coordination across warehouse activities, transportation, and administrative tasks, with key systems including **SAP** and **Transporium**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams
- Process orders, inventory, and shipments using **SAP**:

- Coordinate warehouse picking and ensure accurate documentation
- Use **Transporium** for transportation planning and tracking
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in **both English and Mandarin** (spoken and written)
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support
- Hands-on experience with **SAP** and **Transporium** (or similar systems)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Bonus Points For**:

- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Knowledge of inventory control and transport planning
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
