We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and administrative tasks with a focus on SAP and Transporium systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams.
- Use SAP to process orders, inventory, and shipments.
- Coordinate warehouse picking processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Utilize Transporium software for transportation planning and tracking.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients in both English and Mandarin.
- Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- 1-3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative support role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Transporium (or similar transportation software).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Knowledge of inventory control and transportation planning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
