Undergraduate Construction Role - junior contracts administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic/motivated individual who would like to join a growing construction company with a positive environment. We are passionate about hiring individuals who have a desire to succeed. We like to do things a little differently And we are firm believers in a good work life balance

The role involves the following:

- assist in tendering process and procurement
- participate in subcontractor meetings/interviews
- prepare and finalise contracts/subcontracts
- contracts administration
- invoicing and Estimating

You will be mentored by the company director and senior staff. If you prefer a site based role we are also seeking a Site Leading Hand or project coordinator(both site and office)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
