The WSP Undergraduate Program is for those pursuing an impact on the natural, sustainable, and built environments while undertaking a relevant Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree. You should be analytical, curious, and committed to learning in a real-world environment.

You will need to be an Undergraduate:

- Be available from December 2025 onwards
- Be in your penultimate year or final year in 2026

We are looking for undergraduates for the following groups in our Sydney office.

- Mining & Metals
- Property
- Transport
- Earth & Environment

What you’ll do

Through powerful partnerships and multidisciplinary collaboration, we design places to deliver social, environmental, and financial value for clients around our changing world. You will develop future-ready skills and have the chance to make an impact in your community.
