**About the opportunity**:
Are you looking to share your knowledge and expertise within the field of Human Resources? This is an exciting opportunity for you to partner up with a diverse portfolio of businesses and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function.
As the Human Resources Manager you will be supportive of a positive and supportive culture for all employees and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

- Other responsibilities will include:_
- Mentor, coach and build capability of a small team.
- Partner with senior leaders and provide HR input for strategic business projects and long-term planning processes.
- Contribute to Divisional HR Strategies and activities.
- Implement HR policy and practices ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Utilise data and metrics to help inform leaders and provide recommendations.
- Develop and embed HR initiatives and programs ensuring that they are clearly aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee all complex industrial relations investigations.
- Provide recommendations on remuneration practices to ensure business unit attraction and retention objectives are met.
- Coach leaders to support their management and leadership capability development.
**What you bring**:
- relevant experience in human resources business partnering and industrial relations, preferably in a mining or manufacturing organization.
- Previous experience in negotiation of enterprise agreements is desirable.
- Relevant experience in the development, implementation and delivery of HR and ER initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and negotiate at all levels.
- Have the ability to build strong customer relationships within a large organisation.
- Relevant Tertiary degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field.
