**About Us**:
We’re a Gold Coast-based catering company specialising in weddings and expanding into corporate events. With a busy and exciting year ahead, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Event Planner/Manager Apprentice to join our team.

**What You'll Do**:

- Gain hands-on experience by working at 20-30 events, primarily weddings, to understand our operations and the catering industry.
- Assist in on-site event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Support light planning tasks in the office, including schedule organisation, vendor coordination, and basic event logistics.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A hospitality-focused individual with a basic level of event management skills.
- Someone reliable and flexible, with weekend availability being essential.
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Own Car**: As many venues are in remote areas (30 minutes to 1 hour from the Gold Coast), reliable transport is a must. We cover travel time.
- Weekend availability for shifts.
