Starling Services are urgently looking for **_Accounts Receivables / Payables Officer_**_ _**in the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity in** Sydney.**

**About the role**

The role is to provide organised and efficient administrative support as well as outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. You must be highly confidential and have attention to detail. Your daily tasks will be varied, including (but not limited to):

- Maintain and process credentialing documentation for Visiting Medical Officers and Health Professionals
- Assist with distribution of agendas and minutes for meetings as well as taking minutes
- Assist with the maintenance of Corporate and Lingard policies
- Process staff uniform order
- Process staff Photo IDs
- Maintain staff locker register
- Maintain filing system
- Other general administration duties as required
- Backfill and assist leave cover of administration staff across the hospital

**Essential criteria**
- **_Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role with a strong customer service focus_**:

- **_Demonstrated experience using medical software, for example WebPAS_**:

- **_Advanced level of computer experience using the Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint_**:

- **_Well organised and efficient, possesses excellent time management skills, demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively, multitask and adhere to required timeframes._**:

- **_Strong, collaborative interpersonal communication skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills; a values based approach to staff engagement, individual performance and accountability._**:

- **_Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment_**:

- **_Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multi-task_**:

- **_Competent typing skills and accurate minute taking_**:

- **_Ability to work autonomously_**
- **_Accounts Payable/ Receivable / Debt Collection Experience._**:

- **_Customer Service Experience_**:

- **_Double Vaccinated_**:

- **_Valid Police Check - within the last 3 months_**:

- **_All childhood immunisation including HepB and TB_**

**Desirable criteria**
- Experience working well in a team environment
- Previous experience with Cyberquery and Equifax
