- Handle accounts receivable billing, invoicing, and addressing client inquiries.
- Resolve outstanding customer enquiries and issues
- Analyse overdue customer accounts and finalising payment collection
- Efficient data entry of all account invoices
- **To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes**:_
- Proven experience in a high-volume transaction role in Accounts Payable/Receivable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication capability
