3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Ability to work non traditional work schedules including weekends

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to help develop solution oriented communication strategies, support process improvement initiatives, and own program management projects.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the Emergent Communications program with the ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
- Own operational programs across Communications team initiatives
- Assist in driving end-to-end communications strategies across multiple channel levers to successfully enable Amazon employees to adopt key IT updates, features, and products
- Consult with stakeholders to define business objectives and deploy communications strategies accordingly

- 3+ years of change management experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 3+ years experience creating customer facing communications
