A unique opportunity now exists to join the motivated and collaborative Reds Global executive team as they embark on a journey of change with a new organisational Strategy. As the General Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide the strategic direction to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Reds Global business operations and assets to deliver outstanding services for our customers, drive improvements in customer satisfaction and ensure the safety of our people and the reliability of services. Leading a dedicated workforce of 150+ employees located throughout Australia, you will ensure they continue to provide outstanding services to the Reds Global customers. Concurrently you will identify opportunities to drive improvements that result in heighted customer satisfaction while ensuring the safety of the Reds Global teams and the reliability of services are maintained.

To be considered for this enviable opportunity, Reds Global are seeking a proven executive leader with significant general management experience managing complex field-based workforces within the construction, resources or similar sectors. You are known for your contemporary and strategic leadership approach and demonstrated success delivering innovative efficiencies including better utilisation of technology. You are adept at establishing credible and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and you are highly regarded for your extemporary people leadership with a strong focus on safety and business performance.
