**YOUR TEAM**

This role sits within part of the digital performance collective at Mindshare, which specialises in providing services across Search Engine Optimisation, Integrated Search and Social Listening as some of its key workstreams. We're responsible for delivering all services through technology, processes, AI and channel best practice to deliver organic performance for Mindshare clients. This is a national team with expertise across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and a diverse client base, with Automotive, Finance, Health and Ecommerce.

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week.

**YOUR ROLE**
- This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. With 12,000+ employees spanning 16 culturally diverse markets, we thrive on the strength of local expertise, unified by a global vision, to deliver impactful solutions for our clients_

Location: Based in Melbourne
- Utilise website analytics to deliver detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Utilise search tools to perform research and recommendations for clients e.g. SEMRush, Lumar, Screaming Frog.
- Pro-actively increase your knowledge across the team landscape and share interesting findings with Search team.
- Work collaboratively with different divisions within Mindshare to ensure holistic approach to implementations where possible.

**YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

We’ve already built a strong team - many are quite technical. A value add for this role will be to bring your confident personality and client-facing skills. We’re also looking for;
- Melbourne based is a must for this one (hybrid/flex still applies).
- An interest and/or exposure to SEO is great (ideally exp in agency to showcase an understanding of client needs)
- Experience with utilising industry leading tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- You’re someone who is collaborative but also comfortable being autonomous.
- You like to constantly challenge yourself and rarely sit still.
- You’re keen to work with big, progressive clients and excel your SEO career.
