Seeking an experienced Team Leader within Accounts Receivable function to manage and grow a team of 2 Accounts Receivable Officers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Accounts Receivable Officers

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Establish and build a high performing team with clear service delivery expectations
- Coach and mentor new and existing team members to increase individual capabilities
- Put development plans in place and additional training where required
- Act as the 1st point of escalation for any payment or account related issues
- Manage the workflow to team members ensuring performance targets are met
- Review and understand business banking accounts ensuring all unallocated and unidentified cash receipts are clearly marked and followed up
- Reconcile payments and allocate to customer accounts and invoices
- Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements are met
- Establish key relationships within the accounts receivable team, financial accounting team and business branches to assist in resolving unallocated and unidentified receipts
- Identify root cause of complaints and make process improvements

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable function
- 5 years minimum
- Experience with ARM BSB, credit card portals and DSAP
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong people management skills
