**About the role**:
We are looking for a Paralegal to join the Family & Relationship Law team either based in our Geelong or Melbourne office.

Supporting our team of Lawyers, you will begin to develop knowledge of both the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court processes and rules and an understanding of the variety of matters our Family Law department handles for our clients.

You will be involved in drafting and preparing court documents and letters, client management, court filing, file management and supporting the administration team in the department including opening and closing files and general administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for someone who can work full time or part time (at least four days per week, which may include working across five days with reduced hours).
