**The Role**

We're currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Store Manager to join our team at Flagship James Lane Store Manager**. Located at Supa Centa Moore Park, our store is a hub of interior design inspiration and excitement, and we need a strong leader to oversee our NSW Flagship location.

**As the Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running a successful retail operation.** This includes managing a team of sales associates, overseeing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets, as well as implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in a retail management role, preferably in a flagship or high-volume setting. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is also essential.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the furniture/bedding industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience

**Manual handling of up to 20kg is also required.**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour
