Our team is always looking for new products to help our customers save on their everyday needs with brands like Rexona, Fab, Finish & Cadbury to name a few. Oh, and don't forget the great range of food promos we source as well

As we continue to grow our focus remains the same, Our Customers By delivering a great shopping experience and value for money products.

**About the role**

We currently have an exciting Assistant Store Manager (Support Manager) opportunity at our new store in Marsden Park. We are looking for an experienced retail leader who are energetic, creative, and looking to lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.

**Skills and experience**

Ability to assist the Store Manager across all aspects of managing a successful team and store.
- Experience in Discount Variety Industry or in supermarkets is desirable.
- Experience in merchandising is essential.
- Experience in or assisting in a management position is essential, we pride our management teams in treating the store as their own.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully assisting to manage a team of up to fifteen.

Availability across all days as we are a seven -day trader, public holidays etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
