**The Role**

Based in **Gold Coast** and reporting to the Group Sales Manager - Service, the Sales & Bid Coordinator**will be responsible for supporting the Service sales team across all functions, including but not limited to Service bid content and Service sales marketing. This role ensures the efficient delivery of sales proposals and smooth coordination across internal teams to meet client deadlines and expectations.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Coordinate tender enquiries and assist with bid evaluations
- Maintain the quotation register and sales documentation, ensuring all sales files and folders are up to date
- Ensure timely submission of Service tenders
- Submit client terms and conditions to the Commercial & Risk team for review and approval.
- Support sales contract renewals and the sales handover process for awarded or renewed contracts.
- Organise and assist with sales meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral and templates
- Provide Service leadership support to GM, Group Sales Manager, Operations Manager as required
