**About KOTH**:
King of the Hills (KOTH) is the flagship operation of Vault Minerals Limited and one of the largest gold mines in Australia. After a significant expansion, KOTH now features a 4.7 million tonne per annum (Mtpa) processing plant, providing a solid platform for long-term production growth. This dynamic operation combines open-pit and underground mining, with exciting exploration activities driving the future. KOTH is located approximately 900 km northeast of Perth and 25 km north of Leonora, within the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.

Vault Minerals is seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join the team at King of the Hills Gold Mine. This role supports the Survey Department in maintaining survey services across the mining operations, ensuring all work is completed safely and in full compliance with company standards, guidelines, and procedures.

This role is offered on a 14/14 roster - FIFO from Perth.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure adherence to safe work systems/procedures, minimizing risk to employees and contractors.
- Follow instructions from senior surveyors and demonstrate the ability to learn new skills.
- Work effectively in physically and mentally demanding environments, including underground operations when required.
- Communicate effectively with other technical teams and contractors.
- Complete tasks safely and on schedule.
- Assist in improving service delivery and support mining team operations.
- Develop and follow a career development plan with your line manager to achieve and exceed targets.
- Attend required training to achieve career development goals.
- Represent the company professionally in the community and relevant forums.
- Maintain company assets through regular inspections and report any required repairs.
- Assist in minimizing mining disruptions by preparing and distributing mining-related instructions.
- Participate in site-based risk assessments as needed.
- Abide by and proactively comply with Company policies, procedures, guidelines and systems, as well as all relevant legislation.

**Key factors to your success include**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering or Surveying or equivalent to enable attainment of WA Grade 1 or 2 Mine Surveyor’s Authorisation
- Basic understanding of surveying principals
- Knowledge of statutory safety requirements relevant to Surveying
- Have the capability and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- WA Driver’s Licence - C Class
