**About the Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about helping people back to work following an injury or illness?

We’re seeking a dedicated Return to Work and Wellbeing Advisor to join our People and Culture Team, following an internal promotion. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a timely return to work of injured workers building positive relationships with all stakeholders throughout the process.

This role will also develop wellbeing strategies and programs that are identified from incident investigations, legislative requirements and incident trends.

**Remuneration**:
$96,213 - $110,645 per annum plus superannuation

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have degree qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Business, Commerce, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience. Your strong background in return to work outcomes and current qualifications will enable you to effectively manage workers compensation matters.
