**About You**

We are looking for passionate and engaged individuals who meet the following essential requirements:

- Hold a qualification at a minimum level of Certificate III or above in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or equivalent
- Minimum three years post-qualification industry experience in Disability and/or Aged Care, gained no longer than five years ago
- Commitment to maintaining and developing Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
