The Organisational Development (OD) Manager - People Solutions is part of the OD Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the development and delivery of a range of the Bureau's workforce strategies and programs.

In this role you work with senior leaders across the Bureau to influence, create and implement programs of work relating to culture, leadership, organisational capability, inclusion and diversity, talent management and employee engagement to enable the Bureau's strategic objectives.
