**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in Coniston. Partnering with our Entrepreneurship Facilitator, this role supports the development and delivery of resources for our Entrepreneurship Program which aids individuals in starting up their own small businesses. Offering you true scope and diversity, this role will lead and support a broad range of employment services marketing activity, creating promotional materials, event management and planning and the upkeep of key social media platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside a marketing team of specialists, offering you exposure and professional development opportunities in all marketing functions.
As you work to deliver the marketing strategy, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing digital advertising campaigns, content, articles and advertising via EDM
- Producing a monthly newsletter that will be distributed to various stakeholders
- Coordinating photography and videography
- Undertaking basic video editing
- Booking and managing advertising
- Working towards social media targets and reporting on marketing metrics

**About you**:

- A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to write effective copy for advertising materials and websites
- Experience in producing videos and blog posts
- Competent in the use of a variety of platforms, tools and technologies relevant to marketing and communications activities
- A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- A genuine ability to engage and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience using InDesign is preferred, however not essential.
**What we will offer**:
The base salary for this role is between $77,000 and $83,000 (negotiated based upon experience and qualifications) plus superannuation. This is a fixed-term position for 2 years. You will have access to generous salary packaging (including tax-free earnings of $15,900). Other benefits include 5-weeks of leave per annum, free onsite parking, access to our learning and development program and wellness / wellbeing initiatives.

**Salary**: $77,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
