**Immediate Start | $60-65k + Car Allowance**

Marina Radiology is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team in Melbourne's South-Eastern and Eastern suburbs. If you're a proactive, hands-on individual with strong maintenance skills, we want to hear from you

**What You'll Do**
- You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clinics are well-maintained and safe. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing routine preventative maintenance and responding promptly to reactive needs (e.g., servicing taps, changing light globes, general painting, minor repairs).
- Overseeing and coordinating external contractors for larger maintenance works.
- Ensuring all non-medical equipment is safe and in optimal condition.
- Managing material orders and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Maintaining outdoor areas, ensuring clinic entry points are clean and presentable.
- Travelling between sites to undertake tasks and pick up supplies.
- Assisting with renovations and ensuring adherence to safety regulations (including the Radiation Act 2005 and OHS Act 2004).
- Conducting testing and tagging (willing to obtain certification if not already held).

**What You'll Bring**
We're looking for someone with:

- Trade qualifications or proven practical experience in general maintenance.
- At least 2 years of site maintenance experience, ideally in a service-based industry.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills for task management.
- Current driver's licence and own transport (ute or van preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and contractors.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour are essential
