KB Food Co is Australia's largest seafood company and also one of the most awarded and successful food service operators and the largest privately owned operator of Western Rock Lobster. We provide over 50,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

**The Position**:
This is a part time role and would suit someone wanting to work school hours - **Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 2:00 pm**. This role will initially be on a **6-month fixed term contract with the view to permanency.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with customers & responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Fast & accurate data entry of customer sales orders
- Develop & maintain excellent knowledge of KB Food product range
- Maintaining accurate customer databases
- Support the Sales team as and when required
- Communicate with Sales team/Warehouse in regards to any customer queries/complaints and new business follow up

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in Sales and Administration is mandatory
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manners
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Organised with an ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- SAP experience preferred, but not essential
