**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic customer service superstars to join the Just Group in our Online Customer Service team
We can offer shifts for up to 38 hours per week and this role will be 100% working from home
Our Call Centres are open from 7am - 9pm Monday to Friday. There may be adhoc weekend shifts depending on business needs.
**What we are looking for**:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills including solid attention to detail
- Solid track record in providing exceptional customer service in either a FMCG or Retail environment preferred
- Deliver a great customer connection with strong communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of online shopping and have access to a strong internet connection from home
- Have a friendly and positive attitude
