**Trade Assistant-Regional South Australia**

We are seeking experienced **Trade Assistant** for this great property located in Regional South Australia.

This role would suit an experienced Trade Assistant ideally with carpentry experience looking for a great live in role.

This role assists the Group Maintenance Manager undertake trade and refurbishment work.

The isolation and unique location means there is nowhere else in the world like this - there is nothing to spend your money on so it's the perfect location to save your hard earned money

**Package**:
Casual Position

$32.76 per hour Monday-Friday

$42.74per hour Saturday & Sunday

+ Overtime rates

Accommodation and meals $150 per week

(Basic staff room with shared bathroom)

**Duties**:

- Assisting the group maintenance manager with various refurbishment and building projects
- Use of power tools-Drills, Saws etc
- Basic carpentry type duties
- Assist with tiling and painting duties
- Clean up of work site areas
- Other duties as required
- Ideally have basic carpentry knowledge
- Have worked as a trade assistant or similar
- Minimum 3 month commitment
- Drivers License preferred but not essential

**Additional Information**:

- Sealed roads via car
- Pick up from closest town can be arranged
- Telstra Mobile coverage-WiFi available
