This industry leader in automation require an all-hands Trades Assistant to join their team

**Your new company**

Our client is an industry leader in the supply and assembly of high-quality process control and industrial automation equipment. Their products range across a wide range of industries, including Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Pulp & Paper, Water & Wastewater and Power Generation. They are currently on the search for an all-hands Trade Assistant to join their team.

**Your new role**- Drilling Cabinet Backplates- Cutting cables, crimping cables- Cable ID production- Assisting tradespersons- Unpacking components and loading components- Loading Solar Panels and Batteries- Cutting cable duct and loading duct onto back planes

**What you'll need to succeed**- Trade Assistant experience (ideally electrical) within a manufacturing, mining or heavy industrial environment- Automation experience is highly regarded- Able to operate a range of power tools- Excellent communication skills- Problem-solving, attention to detail and quality workmanship skills- Any other relevant tickets and licences are highly regarded
