We are looking for a dynamic member to join our team to look after the packing and processing of products and dispatch online orders as well as stock handling in our warehouse.

**About the Company**

Established in 2008, The Red Spoon Co has become the go-to place for hard to find ingredients and speciality kitchenware that aren't available in a regular retail store. Starting out as an online retailer, we opened our first retail store in 2010 and moved into our current home in trendy Rosebery in 2016. Now carrying over 4500 product lines, we are adding to our range and need some help to continue to grow

**Role**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Pack and label products for sale in multiple outlets.
- Process and pack customer orders.
- Manifest, create shipping labels and dispatch orders.
- Keep accurate track of and distribute incoming stock.
- Assist with stocktake as required.
- Support retail store operations with stock as required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Fluency in English
- Think critically and communicate thoughts and ideas
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks
- Drive to learn and develop your experience and knowledge in our products
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Great work ethic and common sense
- Use initiative and be pro-active
- Reliability and punctuality
- High standard of personal presentation
- A passion for cooking is a must
