You will manage and undertake the analysis, specification, and development of solutions and ensures there is an effective and efficient development methodology, standards, and procedures in place so that the solutions developed are aligned with business needs.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this position will support the City by:

- Facilitates strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.
- Participates in and advises on business process design, implementation and enhancement to business solutions.
- Provides advice during the assessment and analysis of ICT Projects in terms of their impact on existing business solutions.
- Plans, schedules and leads the activities of staff and contract resources.

To be successful in this role you will be able to engage with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation, including management and the Executive. This position also engages with external stakeholders including other Local Government agencies, consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
