About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll team nationally including assisting with processing pays, reporting, filing, customer service etc.
- Administratively maintain various databases and registers to ensure legislative compliance with all Payroll record keeping requirements.
- Provide or seek payroll advice in response to queries and requests from employees, contractors and visitors as appropriate.
- Participate in a range of activities and projects related to the payroll function.
- Assist with other admin activities in the rest of the HR team as required and when you have the capacity to do so.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Payroll and HR teams nationally to ensure the effective and efficient provision of administrative support
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in administrative role
- Customer service experience
- Sound multi-tasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Payroll legislation, policies & practices well regarded
