About the Role:
Our Community Fundraising team have a newly created vacancy for an outstanding Team Administrator to join them in a permanent full time capacity based out of our Redfern, Sydney office.

The Community Fundraising team connects and engages with the generous community at large. Their work reaches the general public, schools, families, donors and volunteers, to raise valuable funds for the work of The Salvation Army. This is made possible during major campaigns such as Red Shield Appeal and Christmas Appeal through various events of mass participation as well as online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance and support to the Community Fundraising team with day-to-day fundraising administrative tasks, and focused support for campaigns year round
- Monitor, respond and redirect queries from multiple shared mailboxes
- Administer the fundraising platforms and CRM databases for supporter management
- Assist with correspondence, presentations and proposals
- Maintain contact lists, design, develop and electronic filing systems
- Attend and coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes etc
- Process reimbursement requests, reconciliation corporate card expenses and invoices for payment, authorized and coded for processing and sent to accounts

About you:

- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills
- Intermediate/ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams)
- Advanced organisation and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience or passion for Fundraising or not -for-profits would be highly regarded
