Greater Shepparton has a population of approximately 65,000, and an expenditure budget in excess of $118 million. The population is culturally diverse with 9.9% of residents being born overseas. Aquamoves is a community-focused organisation dedicated to health, wellness, and recreation. Our aquatic and fitness centre is a multi-purpose facility offering a range of programs designed to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.

We are seeking an enthusiastic leader to oversee the operation of both our aquatic and fitness services, ensuring excellence in service delivery and strong community engagement.

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, including staff leadership, program delivery, safety compliance, budget oversight, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on community health and wellbeing.
