Opportunities Available

We're currently seeking expressions of interest for the following key roles:

Centre Manager

Take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, driving performance and team engagement, and ensuring excellence in repair quality, customer service, safety, and profitability.

Production Manager

Oversee workshop production flow, ensure repair timelines are met, manage quality assurance, and coordinate with technicians to optimise efficiency and performance.

Estimator

Use your estimating expertise to prepare accurate quotes, liaise with insurance partners and customers, and support workflow planning to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive industry
  • Trade qualification (for relevant roles – e.g., Panel Beater, Spray Painter)
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and customer service mindset
  • Australian working rights
