The Regulator also undertakes compliance and enforcement activities in relation to the Mining Act 1992, with a key focus on mine rehabilitation activities.

At the Resources Regulator we understand that work can be one of the biggest parts of people’s lives and we are building a team that has inclusion and passion at the heart of everything we do ensuring our values, social initiatives and culture resonate with our evolution and constant growth.

We are currently on the hunt for our new Principal Inspector (Small Mines), which incorporates quarries and sand mining. This role covers a large area of NSW so travel is a must.
