As the Aboriginal Health Worker you will be an integral part of a collaborative, professional team dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive care. In this role, you will:

- Coordinate Personal Health Record developmental checks for children aged 0-5 years.
- Facilitate connections between families and health services providing valuable guidance and support.
- Community Development initiatives through networking and building strong relationships for better health outcomes.

We are seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker with experience working with children and families, excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in dynamic work environments, and enthusiasm for Community Networking and Development.
