Oborozuki is a French-Japanese fine-dining restaurant with a separated bar and high-profile location. Bar is currently under renovation to redefine expectation and experience in the Australian hospitality industry. Our seperated bar door will be re-opened in Oct 2025 with new concepts in drinking menu. The renewed drinking menu should be special and unforgettable. **QUALIFICATIONS FOR Bartender**
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and current beverage trends
- Experience in large functions and events is advantageous.
- A genuinely hospitable and warm disposition, with a natural ability to build long-term relationships while positively influencing others to achieve team success.
- Have full Australian working rights.
