**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager - People to join the Collision business unit team in Melbourne. This key role partners with leaders to develop and implement the AMA Group People strategy and support leaders to manage complex people matters. This is a permanent full-time role, with flexibility to manage your day across our multiple sites and offices across Australia and New Zealand.

**Role responsibilities**
- Partnering with Collision’s Senior Management team to deliver the People Strategy and support the business unit people plan.
- Providing leadership to a team of four HR, Talent and Administration roles, and working closely with the central HR team.
- Providing coaching and advice to leaders to build people leadership capability.
- Complex case management and resolution via a variety of approaches.
- Employee Lifecycle process implementation including performance & development reviews, salary reviews, talent & succession planning.
- Lead change in relation to organisation design, workforce planning and culture
- Provide proactive HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Support initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related field.
- Experience working in a matrix management organisational structure.
- Significant experience executing HR strategies in an operational multi-site environment.
- Change management experience with influential presentation and communication skills.
- A strong influencer and relationship builder.
- High level of personal resilience.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work in high volume/pace role.
- Ability to think laterally and be solutions orientated.
