We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team at Cassnic Childcare Developments Pty Ltd -Trading as Bloom Early Learning Centre Malvern East. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood care and development. You will play a key role in providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children under our care.

As a full-time, Child Care Worker, you will assist in facilitating educational and recreational activities, support children's social development, and maintain high standards of hygiene and routine care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and organise materials and equipment for children’s educational and recreational activities
- Support and guide children's social behaviour and development
- Supervise and engage with children in structured and unstructured activities
- Read, play games, and participate in imaginative and creative activities with children
- Monitor children’s hygiene routines and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Observe and manage children's routines, including meals, naps, and playtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and registration requirements

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of child safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
